Controller and contact

The controller is Xplan, d.o.o., Kotnikova ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, VAT ID SI85866164. Contact info@xplan.si for questions or requests concerning personal data.

Form, summary and email

The form has no server-side submission. Its code prepares a summary in this tab, does not send your input to a server and does not save it in an online database. Copying places the text on your device’s clipboard. Clear form empties the fields and summary, but does not delete text already copied or an email draft already opened.

The email button opens a draft addressed to info@xplan.si in your email app. Check the recipient and content before sending it yourself. Longer summaries must be copied and pasted into the message.

Xplan receives the contact details and information you choose to send and uses them to handle your enquiry. Providing information is voluntary; without suitable contact details and a description, we may be unable to respond. Send only information needed to discuss the building; avoid sensitive information and unnecessary personal data about other people.

Purpose and legal basis

We handle your own request for a quotation to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). General questions and communication with client representatives are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding and conducting business communication, Article 6(1)(f).

Technical visit data, such as an IP address, request time, requested address and browser information, may be processed in server logs to operate, troubleshoot and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure online service. The site code does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them.

Hosting, cookies and recipients

The website is hosted by HITROST.COM d.o.o. The site code sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads no external fonts or images. This does not exclude hosting logs or security mechanisms.

Processing involves people handling enquiries at Xplan and contracted providers of hosting and email services to the extent needed to provide those services. Contact info@xplan.si for information about recipients and any data transfers. We do not publish enquiry data on the website.

When you open an email app or an external link, the selected provider’s terms also apply.

Retention

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them, carry out agreed work and meet related obligations.

Hosting logs are retained to the extent and for the time needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service. Contact info@xplan.si for specific retention information.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@xplan.si. You may complain to Slovenia’s Information Commissioner.
